SUBMITTING ARTICLES, ETC. FOR CROSSROADS

We welcome your submissions for inclusion in future issues of Crossroads and ask that you please follow these guidelines when sending your work.  Remember that the Crossroads is quarterly, published in March (deadline is February 1), June (deadline is May 1), September (deadline is August 1) and December (deadline is November 1).

1. Send all articles in Word or WordPerfect (though Word is the preferred format).
2. Research or other scholarly articles must include footnotes or endnotes with proper source citation format, following the current Chicago Manual of Style.
3. E-mail the editor before sending large attachments of digitized documents or screen captures.
4. Graphis need to be at least 150 dpi resolution and saved as TIFF files, if possible.
5. Do NOT embed graphics in articles. Put a place holder where a figure is to go and name it accordingly. Send the graphics as a separate file.
6. News items of upcoming events should be submitted as far in advance as possible.
7. Press releases may be sent at any time and will be used as space allows.
